4. CONSENTCALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Michelotti, seconded by Mr. Campbell, that the following <br />actions be taken: <br /> <br />a. Approved the City Council Minutes for 10/16/01. <br /> <br />Commended all of America's veterans for their patriotism, love of country and <br />willingness to serve and sacrifice for the common good. <br /> <br />Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission. (IR 01:039) <br />No action was required or taken on this item. <br /> <br />Approved Monthly Disbursements, Investment Report, and COPS AB 3229 Expenditure <br />Reports and claims for the month of September 2001 in the amount of $7,021,461.05. <br />(SR 01:255) <br /> <br />Adopted Resolution No. 01-113, to amend the 2000-01 Operating Budget as shown in <br />Appendix A by appropriating an additional $1,469,460; to increase transfers out by <br />$3,228; and offset by increasing revenue projections by $981,653, as shown in Appendix <br />A; to approve the Operating Budget carryovers detailed in Appendix C; to amend the <br />2000-01 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) appropriations to agree with 2000-01 <br />Actual Expenditures, as displayed in Appendix F; to approve the Capital Improvement <br />Budget carryovers detailed in Appendix F; to fully appropriate all General Fund Reserves <br />and make designations as detailed on page 5 of the Staff Report, including adding <br />$2,047,036 to the Capital Projects Reserve; and fully appropriate all other balances as <br />shown in Appendices B and F, and designate them as contingency reserves for existing <br />and future, known and unknown, obligations. (IR 01:040) <br /> <br />Accepted the informational report on the California Public Utilities Commission Decision <br />on PG&E's Th-Valley Electric Transmission Project.
