MINUTES <br /> OF THE <br /> MEETING <br /> OF THE <br />PLEASANTON CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />August 21, 2001 <br /> <br />6:30 P.M. CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br /> Conference with legal counsel regarding anticipated litigation. The Council discussed <br />potential litigation (either as plaintiff or defendant) pursuant to Government Codes 54956.9(b) <br />and 54956.9(c) conceming the School Impact Fee Agreement. <br /> <br /> Conference with real property negotiator Deborah McKeehan regarding consideration of <br />options to potentially obtain 3231 Vineyard Avenue, 3263 Vineyard Avenue, 4202 Stanley <br />Boulevard, and/or 735 Rose Avenue (mobile home parks). <br /> <br />The above-listed Closed Session was canceled. <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> The regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Tom Pico at 7:04 <br />p.m. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance. She referred to the <br />workshop that was held yesterday regarding the Busch property, which will be rebroadcast on <br />Channel 30. She invited people to watch it and to come to the next workshop. She <br />complimented Councilmember Campbell for his work on the Mayor's Report. <br /> <br />2. ROLLCALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: Councilmembers <br />present were Kay Ayala, Matt Campbell, Becky Dennis, Sharrell Michelotti and Mayor Tom <br />Pico.
