(IR 01:028) <br />No action was required or taken on this item. <br /> <br />Request from the Th-Valley Business Council for Financial Support (SR 01:204) This <br />item is discussed under item 6e. <br /> <br />Approve plans and specifications for the annual slurry seal of various City streets, Project <br />No. 005004; review the bids and award the construction contract to Graham Contractor, <br />Inc. for a low bid of $103,436.50; authorize the City Manager to enter into the above <br />contract; and appropriate $34,000 from CIP#995003 to the subject project. (SR 01:203) <br /> <br />Accept public improvements for the Hopyard Road planter strip landscaping between <br />Golden Road and Secretariat Drive, Project No. 987023; and authorize the City Clerk to <br />file a Noti.ce of Completion for the subject project.
