MINUTES <br /> OF THE <br /> MEETING <br /> OF THE <br />PLEASANTON CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />May 15, 2001 <br /> <br />6:55 P.M. GEOLOGIC HAZARD ABATEMENT DISTRICTS <br /> <br /> Chairperson Tom Pico called the meeting of the Board of Directors of the various <br />Geologic Hazard Abatement Districts to order at 6:50 p.m. <br /> <br />Randall Lum presented the staff report (SR 01:109). <br /> <br />Chairperson Pico opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />There being no speakers, the public hearing was closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Boardmember Ayala, seconded by Boardmember Michelotti, to <br />adopt Resolution No. 01-041, declaring the Board's intention to approve assessments within <br />the Moiler Ranch Geologic Hazard Abatement District; to adopt Resolution 01-042, <br />declaring the Board's intention to approve assessments within the Oak Tree Farm Geologic <br />Hazard Abatement District; to adopt Resolution No. 01-043, declaring the Board's <br />intention to approve assessments within the Laurel Creek Estates Geologic Hazard <br />Abatement District; and setting a public hearing on the above items for June 19, 2001 at <br />6:55 p.m. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Boardmembers - Ayala, Campbell, Dennis, Michelotti, and Chairperson Pico <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Geologic Hazard Abatement Districts was <br />adjourned at 6:55 p.m. <br /> <br />Pleasanton City Council 1 05/15/01 <br />Minutes <br /> <br /> <br />
