MINUTES <br /> OF THE <br /> MEETING <br /> OF THE <br />PLEASANTON CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />September 5, 2000 <br /> <br />6:30 CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br /> A closed session was held prior to the City Council meeting to coffer with Labor <br />Negotiator, Deborah Acosta, regarding the Pleasanton City Employees Association <br />(PCEA) Memorandum of Understanding; and to confer with legal counsel regarding <br />pending litigation (Denise Arce v. City of Pleasanton). <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> The regular meeting of the City CounciI was called to order by Mayor Tarvet at <br />7:05 p.m. <br /> <br /> Cmmcilmember Michelotti led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. She <br />am~otmeed a fundraiser event for Brelt Leemet at Stoneyridge Winery and that a bank <br />account had been established on his behalf at the Bank of Walnut Creek. <br /> <br />2. ROLLCALL <br /> <br />City Clerk Peggy Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as lbllows: <br />. Cmmcilmembers present were Kay Ayala, Becky Dennis, Sharrell Michclotti, Thomas P. <br />Pico, Jr., and Mayor Ben Tarver. Staff members present were Deborah Acosta, City <br />Manager; Steven Bocian, Deputy City Manager; Michael Roush, City Attorney; Brian W. <br />Swift, Director of Planning and Commtmity Development; Randall Lum, Director of <br />Public Works; and Tim Neal, Chief of Police. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Michael Roush informed City Cmmcil that Item 6a (1) Approval of final map, <br />improvement plans and Subdivision Agreement for Tract 7158, Ruby Hill; audit of all <br />conditions of approval and agreements for the project; acceptance of cash guarantees <br />and peffommnce bonds for outstanding mitigation conditions and Item 6a (2) <br />Reimbursement Agreements with Ruby Hill Development Joint Venture for the <br />Vineyard "S" Curve Sewer Extension and the Ruby Hill Emergency Medical/Fire <br />Facility, are being continued without ohiection from the Developer for two weeks.
