CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> The regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Tarver at <br />7:05 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Tarver led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. <br /> <br />2. ROLl. CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: <br />Councilmembers present were Kay Ayala, Becky Dennis, Sharrell Michelottl, Thomas P. <br />Pico, Jr., and Mayor Tarver. Staff members present were Deborah Acosta, City Manager; <br />Michael Roush, City Attorney; and Brian W. Swiec, Director of Planning and Comntunity <br />Development. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> There were none. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Dennis, seconded by Ms. Ayala, that the following <br />action be taken: <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance No. 1812, mending the Pleasanton Municipal Code regarding <br />the process for second units applications. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala.
