MINUTES <br /> OF TIlE <br /> MEETING <br /> OF THE <br />PLEASANTON CH'Y COUNCIL <br /> <br />June 6, 2000 <br /> <br />6:30 CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br /> A closed session was held prior to the City Council meeting to discuss the <br />follo~ving topics: <br /> Conference with Real Property Negotiator Deborah Acosta regarding potential <br />purchase of property in south Pleasanton for the proposed golf course. <br /> Conference with legal counsel regarding potential litigation concerning <br />ground~vater rights and related issues. <br /> ConR~rence with legal counsel regarding potential litigation concerning the <br />location of the PG&E transmission facilities through Pleasanton. <br /> Conlbrence with Real Property Negotiator Deborah Acosta regarding potential <br />purchase of the San Francisco Bemal Avenue Property. <br /> <br />6:55 GEOLOGIC HAZARD ABATEMENT DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS <br /> <br /> The meeting of the Board of Directors for the Geologic Hazard Abatement <br />Districts was called to order at 7:04 p.m. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Dennis, seconded by Ms. Ayala, to adopt Resolution No. <br />00-062, declaring the Board's intention to approve assessments within the Oak Tree <br />Farm Geologic Hazard Abatement District; to adopt Resolution No. 00-063, <br />declaring the Board's intention to approve assessments within the Moller Ranch <br />Geologic Hazard Abatement District; to adopt Resolution No. 00-064, declaring the <br />Board's intention to approve assessments within the Laurel Creek (The Preserve) <br />Geologic Hazard Abatement District; and setting a public hearing on the above <br />items for July 11, 2000 at 6:55 p.m. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Boardmembers Ayala, Dennis.
