MINUTES of THE MEETING of THE CITY COUNCIL Pleas'anton, California April 18, 1972 CALL TO. ORDER - PLEDGE TO FLAG Mayor Robert Reid called the.Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council to order and then led the pledge of allegiance to the flag. ROLL CALL City Clerk Hele~ McCarty called.the roll which is recorded as follows: Councilmen Beratlis~ Gerton,.Pearson, Spiliotopoulosand Mayor Reid were present. Mr. Edgar, City Manager, Mr. Hirst City Attorney, Mr. Campbell, Director of PUblic Works and Mr. Castro, Director of Community Development, were present. AGENDA AMENDMENTS There were no agenda amendments at this meeting. Mayor Reid expressed his appreciation and gratitude to outgoing Council- men Beratlis, Gerton and Spiliotopoulos for their time!,and effort spent as Councilmen and public servants. ~ SPECIAL REPORTS Helen McCarty announced that she had canvassed the ballots and then reported the results of the Election.
