Residential Building <br /> Permits include single-family residential, multiple residential , and <br /> trailer court building permits within the meaning of the City Code of <br /> Pleasanton and the General Plan of Pleasanton. Additionally, it is <br /> the purpose of this initiative measurer to contribute to the solution <br /> of air pollution in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />b o The specific reasons for the proposed Petition are that the undersign- <br /> ed believe that the resulting impact from issuing residential build- <br /> ing permits at current rate results in the following problems men- <br /> tioned below.
