<br /> CALL TO ORDER - PLEDGE TO THE FLAG
<br /> Mayor Robert Philcox called the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council to
<br /> order at 8:00 P.M. ,. and then led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag.

<br /> ROLL CALL'
<br /> Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as follows:
<br /> Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox were present.
<br /> Mr. Edgar, City Manager, Mr. Scheidig, City Attorney, Mr. Campbell, Assistant City
<br /> Manager/Director of Public Works, Mr. Harris, Director of Planning, Mr. Sooby,
<br /> Director of Engineering Services, and Mr. Walker, Assistant to the City Manager,
<br /> were present.

<br /> AGENDAAMENDMENTS
<br /> There were no agenda amendments presented at this meeting.

<br /> CONSEN~ CALENDAR
<br /> It was moved by Councilmember LeClaire, and seconded by Councilmember Herlihy,
<br /> that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar be approved:
<br />
<br /> a. Approval of City Council Minutes for February 23, 1976.
<br />
<br />b. Adoption of Resolution No. 76-52, approving Claims for the month of February, '
<br /> 1976, in the amount of $299,710.57.
<br />
<br /> co Acceptance of report regarding action taken by the Planning Commission on items
<br /> at their meeting of March 10, 1976.
<br />
<br />d. Adoption of Resolution No. 76-53, approval of Progress Payment No. 1, to REG,Inc.,
<br /> in the amount of $2,660.00, for work performed on Hansen Park.
<br />
<br /> e. Proclaim the week of March 14-20, 1976, as Demolay Week in Pleasanton.
<br />
<br />f. Adoption of Resolution No. 76-54, approving execution of two Agreements for
<br /> Reimbursement for Street Improvement Costs, with Frank DiFilippo, Jr., and
<br /> Citizens Savings and' Loan Assn., for Abbie Street Improvement Project.
<br />
<br />goAdoption of Resolution No. 76-55, accepting Quitclaim Deed from Duke Bonds
<br /> for portion of Bonde Reservoir Site.
<br />
<br />h.Adoption of Resolution No. 76-56, acceptance of Grant Deed for 2.06 acres,
<br /> Heritage Valley Park Site.
<br />
<br />The roll call vote was as follows:
<br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClatre, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox
<br />NOES: None
<br />ABSENT: None
<br />
<br /> Councilmembers Brandes and Mercer abstained from voting on the Minutes of
<br />February 23, 1926~ due to their not being on the Council at that time.
<br />
<br /> Mayor Philcox requested that item 7a on the agenda be heard next. Council
<br />concurred.
