Jim Trimingham ~-~, Andrew Sargent CALL TO ORDER - PLEDGE TO THE FLAG Mayor Robert Philcox called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at 8:00 P.M., and then led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. ROLL CALL Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as follows: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox were present. Mr. Edgar, City Manager, Mr. Scheidig, City Attorney, Mr. Campbell, Assistant City A. Manager/Director of Public Works, Mr. Harris, Director of Planning, Mr. Sooby, D~.rector of Engineering Services, Mr. Walker and Mr. Miller, Assistants to the City }L~nager, were present. AGENDA AMENDMENTS Mr. Edgar requested that an item be added to the agenda as item llb - Progress Report, Re: Police Officers Yates and Crabtree in Lopez Suit. CONSENT CALENDAR It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember LeCla~re, that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar be approved: a. Adoption of Resolution No. 77-6., authorizing the Department of' General Services to purchase certain items. b. Adoption of Resolution No. 77-7, approving Alameda 911 Trial Participation Agreement between City and Alameda County. c. Adoption of Resolution No. 77-8, approving amendment to CETA Contract with Alameda County. d. Adoption of Resolution No. 77-9, approving Claims for the month of December, 1976, in the amount of $239,821.62.
