Adoption of Ordinance No. 803, approving the annexation known as Annexation <br /> No. 71, Uninhabited Property on Old Santa Rita Road, continued to the meeting <br /> of February 14, 1977. <br /> <br /> f. Adoption of Ordinance No. 804, rezoning an approximately 33 acre parcel of <br /> land located on the south side of Stanley Boulevard and east of the A & R <br /> Service Center from the S (Study) District to the C-S (Service Commercial) <br /> District and to rezone the approximately 38 acre parcel of land immediately <br /> east of the above parcel from the A (Agricultural) District to the C-S <br /> (Commercial Service) District, and amending the Zoning Map of the City of <br /> Pleasanton accordingly. <br /> <br /> g. Adoption of Ordinance No. 805, amending Subsection 1 of Section 2-9.16 <br /> (Schedule of Off-Street Parking Space Requirements), Article 16 (Off-Street <br /> Parking Eacilities), Chapter 2 (Zoning and Development) of the Ordinance <br /> Code of the City of Pleasanton relating to Parking Requirements for Dwelling <br /> and Lodgings. <br /> <br /> h. Adoption of Ordinance No. 807, rezoning an approximately 14 acre parcel of <br /> land located on the east side of Pico Avenue between Tawny Drive and Palomino <br /> Drive from C-N (Neighborhood Commercial) and PUD (Planned Unit Development- <br /> Multiple Residential Minimum 2,500 sq. ft. per ~elling Unit) District to <br /> PUD District subject to conditions, and amending the Zoning Map of the City <br /> of Pleasanton accordingly. <br /> <br /> i. Adoption of Ordinance No. 808, amending Chapter 2 (Zoning), of Title II <br /> (Zoning and Development), of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton <br /> by deleting Article 20 (Home Occupations) and adding a new Article 20 <br /> relating to Home Occupations. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and }~yor Philcox <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> No one in the audience addressed the Chair. <br /> <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> Appeal of Charlotte Witke and Kay Martin to a decision of the Plannin~ commission <br /> approvin~ up-76-31~ a conditional Use permit to allow the construction and use of <br /> a Shopping center complex on a site located west of the rear of residences on <br /> LongS.put Nay, south of the Pleasan~on Cana. 1 and north of. The <br /> shopping center complex would rFquire some required off-street parkin8 to be. <br /> located on P (Public and Institutional) District land located between the pro- <br /> posed shopping center and the residences on Longspur Way.
