MINUTES <br /> of <br /> THE MEETING <br /> of <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> June 22, 1982 <br /> <br /> CALL TO ORDER - PLEDGE TO THE FLAG <br /> Vice Mayor Karin Mohr called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order <br /> at 8:00 P.M., and then led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. <br /> <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Acting Deputy City Clerk Peggy Ezidr0 called the roll which is recorded as <br /> follows: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, and Wood were present. Mayor Butler <br /> was absent. Mr. Walker, City Manager, Mr. Swift, Acting City Attorney, Mr. Warnick, <br /> Director of Public Works and Utilities, and Mr. Harris, Director of Planning and Com- <br /> munity Development, were present. <br /> <br /> AGENDAAMENDMENTS <br /> Mr. Walker requested that item 12b - Fire Department Inspection Fee Schedule <br /> be removed from the agenda at this time. <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker stated that at the request of the Roman Catholic Bishop of Oakland, <br /> item 8a - Application of the City of Pleasanton to fezone approximately 13 acres of <br /> land located on the south side of Bernal Avenue extension and the accompany negative <br /> declaration, be continued to the meeting of July 13, 1982. <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker requested that item 4d - Approval of FinalMap and Improvement Plans <br /> for Tract 5062, Amador Meadows, Homestead Development Company and CPK, be moved to <br /> item 12g on the agenda for discussion. <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker requested that item 4k - Approval of Improvement Plans and Subdivision <br />Agreement for Parcel Map #3769, Meyers Center, be moved to item 12h on the agenda for <br />discussion. <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker requested that an item be added as item 12i - City's bond program with <br /> Newark and the proposal to assign the state bond funds to the Joint'powers agency. <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker advised there would be an Executive Session held at the conclusion of <br /> this meeting to discuss pending litigation and labor relations. <br /> <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, that <br /> the following items listed on the Consent Calendar, as amended thereto, be approved: <br /> <br /> a. Approval of City Council Minutes for 6/2/82, 6/7/82, and 6/8/82. <br /> <br />b. Adoption of Resolution No. 82-200, approving the Proposition 4 limitation for <br /> 1982-83. <br /> <br />c. Adoption of Resolution No. 82-201, approving the Foothill High School Band Boosters <br /> Parade Permit application subject to conditions contained in staff report SR 82:210 <br /> dated June 11, 1982, and amending the 1982-83 budget in the amount of $1,350.00 to <br /> cover costs incurred by the City relative to this event which will be held on <br /> Saturday, October 23, 1982. <br /> <br /> <br />
