Brandes, Jr., called the Regular Meeting of the City Coun- <br />cil to order at 8:00 p.m., and then led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as fol- <br />lows: Councilmembers Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Brandes were pres- <br />ent. Mr. Walker, City Manager, Mr. MacDonald, City Attorney, Mr. Elliott, <br />· Director of Public Works and Utilities, Mr. Swift, Director of Planning and <br />Community.Development, and Mrs. Bengtson, Director of Parks and Community Ser- <br />vices, were present. <br /> <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> Mr. Walker requested that the following items on the agenda be continued: <br /> <br />4p - Acceptance of Improvements for CIP No. 85-37, First Street Sanitary Sewer <br /> Improvements, Neal Street Storm Drainage Line Replacement and East Angela <br /> Storm Drainage Improvements - Tom's Backhoe, Inc. <br /> <br />4q - Approval of Resolution to Accept Parcel "E" Dedication from Tract 4771, <br /> Vintage Hills. <br /> <br />4s - Abandonment of the Easterly Nine-foot Strip of Oakland Avenue Right-of- <br /> Way, North of Rheem Drive. <br /> <br />8b - PUD-81~30-35D, Application of Pacific Rim Development Corporation for <br /> design review approval to construct a five-building specialty retail <br /> complex on 9.7 acres located at the northeast corner of Hopyard Road <br /> and Stoneridge Drive. <br /> <br />8c - PUD-81~30-36D, Application of the Martin Company and the Prudential <br /> Insurance Company of America for design review approval to construct <br /> a five-building multi-tenant office complex located on 18.7 acres, <br /> located generally in the area south of Stoneridge Drive, east of <br /> Willow Road, and west of Hacienda Drive. <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker requested that two items be added to the agenda as follows: <br />item 4z Contract Agreement for 1-580 Specific Plan. <br /> <br />item 12b - Discussion of North Pleasanton Improvement District - Freeway <br /> Portion. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Wood requested that the Minutes of September 16, 1986, be <br />corrected on page 26, Parcel 29, to show the motion seconded by Councilmember <br />Mercer. <br /> <br /> - 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
