MINUTES <br /> of <br /> THE MEETING <br /> of <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> August 18, 1987 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Kenneth R. Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to <br />order at 8:00 p.m., and then led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as fol- <br />lows: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer were <br />present. Mr. Walker, City Manager, Mr. MacDonald, City Attorney, Mr. Elliott, <br />Director of Public Works and Utilities, and Mr. Swift, Director of Planning <br />and Community Development, were present. <br /> <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> Mr. Walker requested that item 4j - Adjustment to Police Fee Schedule, be <br />removed from the agenda at the request of staff. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Wil- <br />son, that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar, as amended <br />thereto, be approved: <br /> <br />a. Approval of City Council Minutes for 8-4-87 and 8-11-87. <br /> <br />b. Proclaim September 7-12, 1987 as Union Label Week. <br /> <br />c. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1327, approval of PUD-82-16-3M, application of <br /> HSC Development and Ralph Romero for a major modification to an approved <br /> development plan for a 47-unit residential project to permit the further <br /> subdivision of a single parcel into two lots to be located at the terminus <br /> of Grey Fox Court. Councilmember Mohr abstained from voting on this item. <br /> <br />d. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1328, approval of PUD-87-12, application of <br /> Gooch and Associates and Harry Caldwell for development plan approval for <br /> a 13-unit residential project to be located on an approximately two acre <br /> site located at 3745 Vineyard Avenue. <br /> <br />e. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1329, approval of PUD-87~13, application of <br /> Gooch and Associates and Sylvia Riccio for development plan approval for a <br /> 25-unit residential project to be located on an approximately 3.7 acre <br /> site located at 3759 Vineyard Avenue. <br /> <br />f. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1330, amending Pleasanton Municipal Code Sec- <br /> tions 19.28.010-.030-.040, regarding lot line adjustment. <br /> <br />g. Adoption of Resolution No. 87-362, denial of the claim of Linda Howland in <br /> the sum of $150.00, arising from the alleged improper towing of her car on <br /> November 24, 1986; the claim being untimely. <br /> <br /> 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
