h. Adoption of Resolution No. 87-363, denial of the claim of Eric M. Arteaga <br /> in the sum of $250,000.00, for alleged emotional distress from the death <br /> of a family member that he felt Pleasanton police should not have allowed <br /> to continue to drive his vehicle after he was stopped for speeding; and <br /> referring this matter to the City attorney for further handling. <br /> <br /> i. Adoption of Resolution No. 87-364, approving the purchase of a new <br /> receiver to monitor the City's fire, burglary and robbery alarms; amending <br /> the police department budget by adding $21,000.00 for this purchase; and <br /> authorizing an increase of subscriber charges from $105.00 to $180.00 per <br /> year for users of alarms connected directly to the police department. <br /> <br /> j. Remove from the agenda - Adjustment to Police Fee Schedule, at the request <br /> of staff. <br /> <br /> k. Adoption of Resolution No. 87-365, approval of improvement plans, subdivi- <br /> sion agreement, and acceptance of easement grant deeds for future "A" <br /> Street sanitary sewer extension, Mohr Park Improvements; authorizing ex- <br /> ecution of the subdivision agreement for this project by the appropriate <br /> city officials; and authorizing the Mayor to execute the easement grant <br /> deed, and the City Manager to execute the Certificate of Acceptance of <br /> Real Property, and authorizing the easement grant deed to be recorded with <br />CO) the Alameda County Recorder. <br /> <br />~_~ 1. Adoption of Resolution No. 87-366, approval of plans and specifications <br /> for the off-site storm drain improvements for the Senior Housing Project; <br />~ and authorizing the Call for Bids. <br />~ m. Adoption of Resolution No. 87-367, approval of landscape maintenance <br /> specifications for Landscape District No. 1984-1; and authorizing the Call <br /> for Bids. <br /> <br /> n. Adoption of Resolution No. 87-368, approval of improvements plans and sub- <br /> division agreement for Parcel Map 4473 (Alco Land Company, Inc.); and au- <br /> thorizing execution of the subdivision agreement for this development by <br /> the appropriate city officials. <br /> <br /> o. Adoption of Resolution No. 87-369, fixing the tax rate for debt service on <br /> voter approved general obligation bonds during fiscal year 1987-88 at <br /> .0028% of full value of property. <br /> <br /> p. Adoption of Resolution No. 87-370, acceptance of grant deed from James and <br /> Deborah Caron for the Pimlico Drive soundwall; authorizing the City Man- <br /> ager to execute the Certificate of Acceptance of the subject easement <br /> deed; and authorizing the Grant of Easement deed to be recorded with the <br /> Alameda County Recorder. <br /> <br /> q. Adoption of Resolution No. 87-371, supporting the California Governor's <br /> Committee for Employment of the Handicapped and welcoming the opportunity <br /> to serve as the host city for the forthcoming quarterly meeting of the <br /> Committee. <br /> <br /> r. Adoption of Resolution No. 87-372, granting approval to staff to enter <br /> into negotiations with the Amador Joint High School District staff to <br /> draft a modification to the existing Joint Powers Agreement, transferring <br /> <br /> 2 - 8-18-87 <br /> <br /> <br />
