235 <br /> <br /> MINUTES <br /> OF <br /> THE <br /> MEETING <br /> OF <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> JUNE 18, 1991 <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Mayor Kenneth R. Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the City <br />Council to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded <br />as follows: Councilmembers Karin Mohr, Dorothy N. Scribner, Ben <br />Tarver, and Mayor Mercer. Councilmember Robert E. Butler was <br />absent. Staff members present were: Deborah Acosta, City Manager; <br />Michael H. Roush, City Attorney; Brian W. Swift, Director of <br />Planning and Community Development; Joseph Elliott, Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities; and Susan Rossi, Director of Finance. <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer stated that Mr. Brad Hirst, Chairman of the <br />Pleasanton Centennial Committee, pointed out that June 18, 1991 is <br />Pleasanton's 97th birthday. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta indicated that Staff is requesting that Item 4u - <br />Reimbursement Agreement for Oversizing Kottinger Ranch Water Tank <br />be removed from the CONSENT CALENDAR and be discussed under CITY <br />MANAGER'S REPORT as Item 12b. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> With respect to Item 4f - Agreement for Filing a National <br />Pollutant Discharqe Elimination System Permit and to Implement an <br />Urban Runoff fStorm Water) Clean Water Program to Evaluate, <br />Monitor, Mitigate and Reduce Nonpoint Sources of Pollutants, <br />Mr. Robert Cordtz, 262 West Angela, inquired if the City would <br />receive any rebate of its annual payment of over $337,000 if there <br />is no runoff.
