Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the City <br />Council to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded <br />as follows: Councilmembers Karin Mohr, Dorothy N. Scribner, Ben <br />Tarver, and Mayor Mercer. Councilmember Robert E. Butler was <br />absent. Staff members present were: Deborah Acosta, City Manager; <br />Michael H. Roush, City Attorney; Brian W. Swift, Director of <br />Planning and Community Development; and Joseph Elliott, Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities. <br /> <br />3. AGENDAAMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta requested that Item 4s - Approval of Agreement with <br />Octel Communications to Purchase a Voice Processing System and <br />Item 6a - PUD-90-18, Bonde Ranch, Application for Rezoninq to PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development - Medium Density Residential/Low Density <br />Residential/Rural Density Residential; for PUD Development Plan <br />Approval; and for Land Conservation Contract (Williamson Act) <br />Cancellation be continued to the May 21, 1991 City Council Meeting; <br />and that Item 6b - PUD-89-6-3M, Spieker Partners, Application for <br />a Ma~or Modification of the Approved Planned Unit Development for <br />Rose Pavilion (Phase III) be continued to the June 4, 1991 City <br />Council Meeting. <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer requested that Item 4ee - Membership on the Local <br />Government Commission be removed from the Consent Calendar and be <br />considered under CITY MANAGER's REPORT as Item 12d. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> In connection with Item 4c - "California Water Awareness <br />Month" Mr. Stanley Rathbone, 325 Ray Street, stated that ground <br />water is like a bank account that we should save for the future. <br /> <br /> - 1 - <br /> 5-7-91 <br /> <br /> <br />
