Mercer called the RegUlar Meeting of the City <br />Council to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded <br />as follows: Councilmembers, Karin Mohr, Ben Tarver and Mayor <br />Kenneth R. Mercer. Staff members present were: Steven Bocian, <br />Assistant City Manager; Michael H. Roush, City Attorney; Brian W. <br />Swift, Director of Planning and Community Development; and Joseph <br />Elliott, Director of Public Works and Utilities. <br /> <br /> Councilmembers Robert E. Butler and Dorothy N. Scribner and <br />Deborah Acosta, City Manager were absent. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Item 4j, Resolution suDDortina the Reaional Rail Plan <br />Connecting BART and CalTrain in downtown San FrancisGo was removed <br />pursuant to a request from staff. <br /> <br /> Item 41, Monthly Disbursement and Investment Report of June <br />1992 was added by addendum. <br /> <br /> Item 4m, Water Conservation Report for July 1992 was added by <br />addendum. <br /> <br /> Item 6c, Referral from the Zoninq Administrator - <br />Determination by the City Council as to the conformity of the water <br />diversion and storage proposed by Mannie Joel/Martha Greist with <br />the open space designation in the A-M Homes/Garms Ranch PUD-89-13 <br />(4440 Foothill Road) was continued to the 8/18/92 by request of <br />Martha Greist. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver requested that item 6a, Review of Rate Adjustment <br />for Refuse Collection, be continued in order for him to review the <br />financial information supporting the rate increase, especially the <br />history of transfer station activities, profit and loss figUres, <br />operation costs, costs of components, etc. <br /> <br />S/4/92 <br /> <br /> <br />
