160 Martin Inderbitzen, representing Pleasanton Garbage Service, indicated the company has delayed sending out its bills in order to include the rate adjustment. If the matter is delayed too long, the company may have to bill retroactively and they prefer not to do that. Council determined that a two week delay would be acceptable, so the matter was continued to August 18, 1992. Mr. Tarver also indicated he preferred to have the entire Council available to deal with Growth Management and the Toll Road unless there was some reason requiring them to proceed now. Mayor Mercer indicated he saw no reason not to go ahead. Ms. Mohr inquired if there was a need for emergency on these items. Mr. Bocian responded that there was no time limit and further indicated the Mayor of Livermore had written a letter requesting a continuance of the Toll Road item. Ms. Mohr concurred the Toll Road could be continued, but the Growth Management allocation is usually done in June and is already late. After further discussion, it was determined that the Growth Management allocation would be considered at this meeting as planned. Item 7b, Review of Pleasanton Position on Hiqhway 84 Toll Way was continue to September 1, 1992. Mr. Tarvet requested an amendment to the Minutes of the 6/23/92 meeting on page 9. The vote on the Ridgelands issue should have indicated Tarver voted aye and Mercer voted no. Mr. Mercer believed the minutes should also be changed to indicated that he asked Mr. Tarver if he wanted the Joint Powers Agreement instead of a park andMr. Tarver responded that he wanted the Joint Powers Agreement. Mr. Tarver indicated that he did not make that statement. 4.
