51 <br /> <br /> MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> January 19, 1993 <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Mayor Ben C. Tarver called the Regular Meeting of the City <br />Council to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City'Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded <br />as follows: Councilmembers Karin Mohr, Dorothy N. Scribner, Thomas <br />P. Pico, Jr., and Mayor Ben C. Tarver. Staff members present were: <br />Deborah Acosta, City Manager; Michael H. Roush, City Attorney; <br />Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning and Community Development; <br />Joseph Elliott, Director of Public Works and Utilities; Susan <br />Rossi, Director of Finance; Steve Cusenza, Deputy Director of <br />Utilities. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Ms. Scribner requested that item 10a be moved earlier in the <br />agenda. The item was moved to immediately after 5, Meeting Open to <br />the Public. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver indicated item 10b should also be moved and it will <br />follow 10a. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico requested that item 12d be continued and it was moved <br />to the agenda of February 16, 1993. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Scribner, that <br />the following actions be taken on the Consent Calendar: <br /> <br /> a. Accept the Water Conservation Report for December 1992. <br /> (IR 93:07) <br /> <br /> b.
