MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br /> Sharrell Michelotti, 7873 Olive Court, referred to the appeals <br /> of tentative maps which were on the last Council agenda and <br /> suggested Councilmembers express their concerns about projects at <br /> an earlier stage in the process, thereby saving time at Council <br /> meetings. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico indicated there were specific concerns regarding the <br /> tentative maps that needed to be addressed and he felt the time <br /> spent on the public hearing at the Council meeting was necessary <br /> and proper to improve the projects. <br /> <br /> Item 10a <br /> Approval of Agreement with Park Land Associates for Construction of <br /> Softball Concession Building, CIP 927027 (SR 93:37) <br /> <br /> Ms. Scribner indicated that in March Council requested the <br /> Pleasanton Upper Field be included in the 1992-93 Capital <br /> Improvement Program and asked if that had been done. The other <br /> part was that the snack bar have temporary facilities for this <br /> season and permanent facilities only after it was investigated in <br /> the following season.
