MINUTES <br /> OF <br /> THE <br /> MEETING <br /> OF <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> August 6, 1996 <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Mayor Ben Tarver called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at 7:05 p.m. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. She then announced two <br />community fund raising events: A barbecue for Rich Munos on 9/18/96; and a wine auction for <br />the Valley Care Cancer Resource Center on 8/9/96 and 8/10/96. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: <br />Councilmembers present were Becky Dennis, Sharrell Michelotti, Karin Mohr, Thomas P. Pico, <br />Jr. and Mayor Ben Tarver. Staff members present were: Deborah Acosta, City Manager; <br />Michael H. Roush, City Attorney; Wayne Rasmussen, Principal Planner; Randall A. Lum, <br />Director of Public Works. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Item 4k, the Temporary Construction Easement on School District Property within the <br />North Sycamore Specific Plan Area, was continued to 8/13/96. <br /> <br /> Item 6d, Discussion regarding the San Francisco Bemal Avenue property had been added <br />by addendum. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotfi requested a minor amendment to the Minutes of July 16, on page 31, <br />which she presented to the City Clerk. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, seconded by Ms. Dennis, that the following actions be taken <br />on the Consent Calendar: <br /> <br />08/06/96 -1- <br /> <br /> <br />
