Adopt Ordinance No. 1687, an ordinance of the City of Pleasanton amending <br /> Section 1.12.010 of the Pleasanton Municipal Cede and adding Chapters 1.24 and <br /> 1.28 to the Pleasanton Municipal Cede providing for administrative citations and <br /> administrative remedies. <br /> <br /> h. Adopt Ordinance No. 1688, an ordinance approving the application of <br /> McDonald's Corporation for a major modification to an approved PUD plan, as <br /> filed under Case PUD-85-08-SD-1M. <br /> <br /> i. Adopt Resolution No. 96-85, a uniform fee schedule for the East County Animal <br /> Shelter. (96:225) <br /> <br /> j. Support Assembly Bill 913; oppose Assembly Bill 317; authorize staff to <br /> communicate Council's position to the Legislature; inform staff of any new <br /> legislation of interest to Council.
