PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2416 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A USE PERMIT FOR SAVCO <br />CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-83-57 <br />WHEREAS, Savco Construction Company has applied for conditional <br />use permit approval to operate a model home complex consisting <br />of two model homes, a sales office and related facilities <br />at 212 and 218 Tomas Way; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development- <br />High Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 11, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City Staff; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed location <br />of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives <br />of the Zoning Ordinance and the purposes of the district <br />in which the site is located; that the proposed location <br />of the conditional use and the conditions under which <br />it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental <br />to the public health, safety or welfare or be materially <br />injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity; <br />and that the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section <br />Approves <br />application <br />Way subject <br />case UP-83-57, Savco Construction Company's <br />for a model home complex at 212 and 218 Tomas <br />to the following conditions: <br />That the development be substantially as shown on <br />the site plan and elevations for case UP-83-57 on <br />file with the Planning Division. <br />That approval of this use permit does not constitute <br />approval of any signing for the development and if <br />signing is desired it shall be submitted to the City <br />under separate application. <br />That approval of the sales office is granted for <br />a period of one year only at which time the proponent <br />must reapply for an extension. This may be done <br />administratively and does not need to be resubmitted <br />to the Planning Commission. <br />
