That all trees used in the model home complex shall <br />be a minimum of 15 gallons in size and all shrubs `_i <br />a minimum of 5 gallons. <br />5. That a burglar alarm system shall be installed in <br />the model homes. Said system to be approved by the <br />Police Department prior to installation. <br />6. That no flags, banners, pinwheels, pennants or similar <br />attention attracting devices shall be utilized in <br />the complex. <br />7. That the developer shall post an aerial photo or <br />alternative illustration acceptable to the Planning <br />Division in the sales office, showing the types of <br />facilities and land uses surrounding the complex. <br />8. That signs shall be posted in all model homes advising <br />all prospective buyers of those features which are <br />optional and are not included as part of the purchase <br />price. <br />Section 2.
