PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF Ar.At~rFDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2115 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSIONd OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP <br />TRACT 5008 <br />WHEREAS, Vintage Associates has applied for tentative subdivision <br />approval of a 108 lot townhouse subdivision on approxi- <br />mately 7 acres of land located behind the Vintage Hills <br />shopping center opposite the northern terminus of Concord <br />Street; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 13, 1982, the Planning Commission <br />held a public hearing and considered public input and <br />pertinent documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Finds that Tract 5008 is in conformance with the General <br />Plan and PUD zoning on the property; and finds that the <br />PUD zoning on the property has been exempted from the <br />City's Residential Allocation Program (RAP). <br />Section 2. Approves the tentative map for Tract 5008 subject to <br />the conditions shown in the staff report to the Commission <br />dated January 13, 1982, attached hereto and made part of <br />this case by reference. <br />Section 3.
