i'- PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2591 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br />RICHARD GUASCO AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-84-65 <br />WHEREAS, Richard Guasco has applied for conditional use permit <br />approval to operate an automobile dismantling and retail <br />sales business on the approximately 1.0 acre site <br />located at 3932 Old Santa Rita Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-C (Central Commercial) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 9, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found a) that the proposed <br />location of the conditional use is in accord with the <br />,-- objectives of the ordinance code and the purposes of the <br />zoning district in which the site is located; b) that <br />the proposed location of the conditional use and the <br />conditions under which it would be operated or <br />maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, <br />safety or welfare, or be materially injurious to <br />properties or improvements in the vicinity; and c) that <br />the proposed conditional use will comply with each of <br />the applicable provisions of the ordinance code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves case UP-84-65, application of Richard Guasco <br />as herein described subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That this use permit is granted solely to operate <br />an automobile wrecking yard on the approximately 1 <br />acre parcel located at 3932 Old Santa Rita Road. <br />2. That approval of this case is subject to the <br />approval of case PUD-84-19 and any conditions <br />which may be attached thereto by the City. <br />~- 3. That the development shall be substantially as <br />shown on the site plan and landscape plan, Exhibit <br />A, on file with the Planning Department for both <br />the subject property and the property immediately <br />
