PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2751 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE <br />APPLICATION OF DR. ROBERT CONNOLLY, FILED UNDER CASE <br />PUD-85-21 <br />WHEREAS, Dr. Robert Connolly has applied for rezoning from the <br />R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) to PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential District <br />and development plan approval for a nine-unit, <br />single-family residential project to be located on an <br />approximately 2.4 acre site at 306 Neal Street; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 22, <br />1986, after considering all public testimony, relevant <br />exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application, the Planning Commission <br />recommended approval of the negative declaration <br />prepared for this proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed rezoning and development plan conform to <br />the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING; <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-85-21, application of <br />Dr. Robert Connolly for rezoning from the R-1-6500 <br />(Single-family Residential) to PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Medium Density Residential District and <br />development plan approval for a nine-unit, single-family <br />residential project to be located on an approximately <br />2.4 acre site at 306 Neal Street subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the development shall substantially conform to <br />the plans and elevations on file with the Planning <br />Department except <br />a. That the buildable area on Parcel 9 shall be <br />limited to that northerly portion of the lot as <br />shown on Exhibit A. <br />b. That the area within the P.S.E. on Parcel 5 <br />shall be a landscape area to be maintained by <br />the homeowners' association. <br />That the private driveway be redesigned to <br />provide a flat elevation, or slightly downward <br />slope toward Neal Street, for a distance of 40 <br />
