U.D..." <br />"...so that better controls could be exercise ." <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Pereira, seconde <br />by Commissioner Hirst, and carried, the <br />minutes of November 10, 1979, were approved <br />as revised, and the minutes of November 24 <br />and December 8, 1910, were approved as sub- <br />mitted. <br />ZONING PERMIT Humble Oil & Refining Company - application <br />Z-69-64, continued for site plan, landscaping and architectural <br />to Feb. 23, 1971. review for an Enco service station to be <br />located on the property described as the <br />southwest quadrant of Interstate 4f580 and <br />Hopyard Road, more or less containing 1.0 ac. <br />in an I-G (General Industry) District. <br />Acting Secretary Aiello advised the Commissi <br />that he had received notice from the appli- <br />cant requesting a continuance to February 9, <br />or if possible, February 23, 1971.
