Carnazzo, M.D. - possible revo- <br />PERMIT cation of conditional use permit for lack of <br />UP-69-5, permit compliance with provisions of Article 20, <br />revoked, Res. 1066. Chapter 2, Title ZI of the Ordinance Code of <br />the City of Pleasanton relating to Home <br />Occupations, said permit approved for <br />1598 Santa Rita Road, Pleasanton. <br />Chairman Carrigan gave the background <br />on this matter. <br />Attorney John Corley, representing the <br />doctor, then passed out copies of a letter <br />from Dr. Carnazzo to the Commission members <br />explaining his present situation. This <br />letter was read aloud by the Chairman. <br />The context of the letter was that the doct <br />did not reside at 1598 Santa Rita Road, <br />thus not constituting eligibility under a <br />home occupation permit.
