Mr. Corley requested the time be <br />extended to coincide with the expiration of <br />his conditional use permit on August 12, <br />1971, and less time, if he could find a new <br />office. <br />Commissioner Wood suggested 90 days. <br />Commissioners Airst and Pons felt that <br />120 days would be more reasonable. <br />The Chairman felt that 90 days would be <br />more in line. Some discussion followed. <br />A resolution revoking the home occupation <br />conditional use permit granted under UP-69-5 <br />to Dr. Carnazzo, was entered and passed, <br />with an implementation period of 90 days <br />from the date of revocation, expiring on <br />May 23, 1971. This resolution received a <br />unanimous vote. <br />REZONING REQUEST Frank V. Kreske and Robert J. Myers - Resolution: <br />RZ-71-1, Approved, application to rezone from the RM-4000 Seconded: <br />Res. 1067 (Multiple) District to the P (Public and Ayes: <br />Institutional) District that property des- Noes: <br />cribed as a portion of Parcel 25, Assessor's Absent: <br />Map Book 99, Page 19, containing 1.63 acres, Abstain: <br />more or less. <br />Chairman Carrigan spoke of the extra parcel <br />zoned RM-4 fronting Del Sol Avenue, which is <br />not a part of this application.
