He <br />stated that the Commission requested <br />that the Council's policies be out- <br />lined and this information was pre- <br />pared by staff. At this time he <br />asked Mr. Castro to read these <br />policies for the benefit of the <br />audience. <br />VARIANCE Dr. Howard Long, spokesman for the Resolutio <br />V-71-15, Approved United Presbyterian Church - variance Seconded: <br />Res.
