Commis- <br />sioner absent: Commissioner Pereira. <br />The minutes of the October 12, 1971 meeting <br />were approved subject to the following <br />corrections: Page 8, regarding subdivision <br />map, tentative tract 3336, Chairman Garrigan <br />described the property and felt that the <br />contiguous parcel facing Santa Rita Road <br />should be developed and included as one <br />development. The minutes of the October 26, <br />1971 meeting were approved subject to the <br />following correction: Page 2, paragraph 3, <br />"that the Commission express to the Council <br />its approval of this application as a land <br />use concept. <br />Mr. Castro reported that, based on Council s <br />directive of last night, Items 9a and 9b, <br />tentative maps 3161 and 3352, will be con- <br />tinued until the next regular meeting. Unde <br />item 7 is a request from Singer Housing to <br />permit occupancy and also an appeal from <br />Murco Development Co. <br />National Medical Enterprises - application <br />to rezone from the IG-3 ac. (General Indus- <br />trial) District to the P (Public and Instit- <br />utional) District that property described <br />as a portion of Parcel 4, Block 1301 of Book <br />941 of the Alameda County Assessors Office. <br />Generally located on Johnson Industrial Driv <br />west of Hopyard Road, Pleasanton, containing <br />13 acres +. <br />The application was continued from the pre- <br />vious meeting. <br />John Corley, representing the applicant, was <br />present and stated that he had read the staf <br />report requesting a continuance and did not <br />feel that the determination by the Comprehen <br />Health Planning Council should be the over- <br />
