Castro presented a letter from Franklin <br />OMISSIONS TO THE avings and Loan Association requesting final <br />AGENDA ccupancy for January 3rd; this will be <br />iscussed under Communications. <br />Mr. Castro also announced that Tract 3311 <br />is to be continued for 180 days as per <br />Council's decision. <br />der Referrals from City Council, the Plato <br />sign Review appeal has been referred back <br />the Planning Commission for clarification. <br />der Item 13 add RMR Ordinance for infor- <br />tion only. <br />REZONING National Medical Enterprises - application to <br />RZ-71-10, Continued rezone from IG-3 ac. (General Industrial) <br />to Jan. 25, 1972 District to the P (Public and Institutional) <br />District that property described as a portion <br />of Parcel 4, Block 1301 of Book 941 of the <br />lameda County Assessor's Office. Generally <br />located on Johnson Industrial Drive west of <br />Hopyard Road, Pleasanton, containing 13 acres t. <br />Mr. John Corley, representing the applicant, <br />asked that this matter be continued until <br />Ja nuary 25th, at which time it is anticipated <br />that there will be a ruling from the Bay Area <br />Comprehensive Health Council as to whether <br />this applicant can proceed. <br />
