Commissioners Absent: Garrigan and McLain. Senior Planner Bob Harris took the meeting. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag followed. Upon motion of Commissioner Pereira, second by Commissioner Wood, the minutes of the June 13, 1973 meeting were approved as sub- mitted. Edward Schlies/Donald Clemetson - applicatio for site plan, landscaping and architectural review to allow the construction of a 30,000 sq.ft. two-story medical/dental building on property located on the northeast corner of Mohr Avenue and Santa Rita Road, said property zoned 0 (Office) District, Pleasant Senior Planner Bob Harris indicated that he had covered all pertinent information in a previous staff report that went before the (Planning Commission on June 13, 1973. ,The applicant, Dr. Schlies and his designer, Mr. Michael O'Hearn from the civil engineerir firm of Charles Posten in San Jose, were both present. Mr. O'Hearn spoke to this a pplication and told the Commission that the} had difficulties with Conditions 19, 20 and 23. Some discussion ensued regarding the site plans and Chairman Pons stated that for the benefit of the audience who may not be able to hear the discussion, they had agreed, to eliminate some sidewalks leading to the parking lot and substituting ramps. ~ i Resolution: !.
