Piaapi Pleasanton Justice Court ROLL CALL Commissioners Present: McLain, Pons and Chairman Pereira. 'Commissioners Absent: Garrigan and Wood. 'The Pledge of Allegiance followed. This was a special meeting of the Planning Commission to discuss the five State-mandated Elements which will comprise the General Plan and map. In addition, the General Plan Land Use Element report was to be discussed. Before proceedings began, Chairman Pereira outlined the procedure he wished staff, audience and Commissio to follow in order to facilitate review of the material. Each element will be discussed indi- vidually. The Senior Planner will summarize the material before the Public Hearing is opened. Any changes recommended by the CAC will be noted. Next the Chairman of the CAC will give his comments, which was the method chosen by the mem- bership. After that, the meeting will be open to discussion by those in the audience. Lastly, the Commissioners will state their posi- tion, before taking formal action on each element. The Chairman welcomed those members of the Citizens Advisory Committee to the General Plan, particularly, Mr. Tom Andrews, one of the chairmen, and also the members of the Com- munity Concerns Committee, and all other interested persons in atten- dance. ~~\\\\\ i i '~ ~~ ,; '~, ~;
