Secretary Harri: <br />indicated that he would check into <br />the situation and keep them apprised <br />A motion was then entered by Commis- <br />sioner Garrigan, seconded by Commis- <br />sioner McLain, and carried, approvinc <br />the minutes of the regular meeting <br />of February 13 and the special meet- <br />ing of February 20, 1974. <br />Rodney Busk - application for the <br />extension of a conditional use per- <br />mit to allow the display of model <br />mobile homes for the purpose of <br />sale at a mobile home park located <br />at 3263 Vineyard Avenue, Pleasanton, <br />the property is located in the RM-4 <br />(multiple unit residential) zoning <br />district. <br />The public hearing was opened. Mr. <br />Busk was present to speak for this <br />application. <br />The conditions of approval were <br />reviewed between the Commission and <br />the applicant.
