He preferred to place the
units throughout the park. He indi-
cated sales were about five new and
two used per month.
Other items to be taken care of were
repair of failures in the drainage,
gutter and paving of Sandia Street,
and that maintenance of all streets
and gutters within the Park be kept
in good condition; provision of
wooden gates on all storage yards;
construction of all parking spaces
within the park in accordance with
City standards; providing bumper
stops for all parking spaces; that
all weeds, rubbish and refuse on the
property be abated; etc.
Commissioner Wood brought to Mr.
Busk's attention the number of condi
tions from the previous approval
granted that were not complied with j
and which are now in violation. Mr. 'I
Busk indicated he had recently taken,,
over sole ownership of the park and
was in the process of straightening
out these problems. The Commission-
ers felt that these violations shoulc
be cleaned up before any further
approvals are granted.
Mr. Busk asked that the gates across
Montana Drive be allowed because of
a request by the residents of the
park for security reasons. The Fire
Department requires that there be no
gates here for easy access if the
need arises. He then proceeded to
clarify how he proposed to clear up
each of the required conditions.
In addition, Mr. Busk was told that
no additional signing would be
allowed for sales activity.
Mr. Charles Crabb, a resident of the
-2-
~~~~
~~
~ ~~~\~~.
~~
i
i
I ~
i
j
' ~ I
i
