That change noted, <br />the minutes of the Planning Com- <br />mission of April 10, 1974, were <br />approved as amended by Commissioner <br />McLain, seconded by Commissioner <br />Garrigan, and carried. <br />Add - Determination of conformity <br />with the General Plan regarding vaca <br />tion of a portion of Peters Street. <br />This item will be heard as 7e. <br />'Graham-Hitch Mortuary - general plan <br />~lamendment for that 3.1 acre parcel <br />jof land lying immediately north- <br />westerly of the intersection of <br />iHopyard Road and Valley Trails Drive <br />!South. <br />'Secretary Harris indicated nothing <br />further to add to the staff report, <br />but that there were numerous letters <br />received from residents of the area, <br />jmostly opposing this application. <br />iMr. Jess Spencer, General Manager <br />of Graham-Hitch Mortuary spoke to <br />'this application.
