4y~,~,seHTOy <br />~~, . <br />~,: o <br />.~ <br />...o <br />MINUTES <br />Date <br />Time <br />Piave: <br />CITY of PLEASANTON <br />Planning Commission <br />~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />October 15, <br />8:14 P.M. <br />Pleasanton <br />1974 <br />Justice Court <br />ROLL CALL <br />APPROVAL OF <br />MINUTES <br />CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT <br />UP-74-20, Approved <br />Res . 1316 <br />Commissioners Present: Garrigan, <br />McL ain, Wood and Chairman Pereira. <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Garrigan, <br />seconded by Commissioner McLain, and <br />carried, the minutes of September 11, <br />1974, were approved as submitted. <br />Ponderosa Homes - application for a <br />conditional use permit to construct <br />a model home complex, including a <br />sales office, on the west side of <br />Hopyard Road, approximately 200 feet <br />north of Hansen Drive; zoning for <br />the property is R-1-6500 (Single <br />Family) District. <br />Since the staff report, because of <br />last-minute meetings, was not in- <br />cluded in the packet, the Commis- <br />sioners took some time off to review <br />it. <br />The report was then summarized by <br />Secretary Harris. He expressed <br />satisfaction with the design of the <br />model home complex proposed. It will <br />be located on unsubdivided leased <br />land, which is not part of a tenta- <br />tive tract map. Ponderosa Homes is <br />slated to receive 79 sewer connection <br />as part of the upcoming V.C.S.D. <br />expansion to 4 mgd. What Ponderosa <br />Homes intends to do is set aside fou <br />of the 79 sewer permits to be alloca <br />ted to them, so that when the models <br />are moved to its ultimate site, sewe <br />capacity will be available for them. <br />It was further noted that Ponderosa <br />Homes has leased the model home com- <br />plex site for three years, after <br />which they will either have to remove <br />Resolutio <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain <br />
