Commissioner McLain ab- <br />stained from voting. <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance <br />Secretary Harris indicated that Page <br />4 and 5 of the minutes of March 20, <br />1975, should be revised in three <br />places to indicate "Valley Avenue" <br />instead of Busch Road. This cor- <br />rection being noted, the minutes <br />of March 20, 1975, were approved <br />as amended. <br />Rodney Busk - application for renew <br />of a conditional use permit to sell <br />mobile homes at the Vineyard Villa <br />Mobile Home Park located at 3263 <br />Vineyard Avenue; zoning for the <br />property is RM-4000 (Multiple Resi- <br />dential) District. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />Mr. Rodney Busk was present to <br />answer questions. <br />The Public Hearing was closed. <br />Chairman Wood wanted to know if all <br />conditions attached to the first <br />request had been complied with. <br />The reply from staff was yes. <br />A resolution recommending approval <br />subject to the conditions shown <br />in the staff report, was entered <br />and adopted. <br />esolution: <br />econded: <br />.yes: <br />oes: <br />bsent: <br />bstain <br />
