He <br />referred to the original staff report <br />written on this subject dated Decem- <br />ber 11,.1974. The Public Utilities <br />,Commission requires P.G.&E. to obtain <br />(from the City some comments as to the <br />jt ransmission line route as input into~l <br />,the EIR which will be prepared on thee,, <br />',development. On an aerial map, he <br />showed the proposed route. A portion <br />of this line will traverse the exist- <br />~,ing Vineyard Villa Mobile Home Park <br />band the Hacienda Mobile Home Park. <br />Secretary Harris discussed Mr. <br />Herlihy's (then Council liaison mem- <br />ber to the Planning Commission) com- <br />ments at the December, 1974 hearing <br />as to why the substation had to be <br />located where proposed by P.G.&E. <br />This matter has been thoroughly re- <br />searched by P.G.&E., and the findings <br />spelled out in their letter dated <br />June 6, 1975, sent to the Commission. <br />Mr. John Stanley of P.G.&E. spoke. <br />He concurred with the comments made <br />in the staff report dated June 18, <br />1975. He confirmed that although <br />discussions have occurred between <br />P.G.&E., and Mr. McDonnell, owner <br />of the Vineyard Mobile Home park, at <br />the present time their transmission <br /> <br />
