4~~~$"Nr°y CITY of PLEASANTaIU <br />,~ .~;. <br />~~° Planning Commission <br />+rr ro <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />Date January 14, 1976 <br />T11Y1@ ; 8:22 P.M. <br />PIGCe: Pleasanton Justice Court <br />ROLL CALL <br />AL~PROVAL OF <br />MINUTES <br />REVISIONS AND <br />OMISSIONS TO THE <br />AGENDA <br />FsEZONING REQUEST <br />RZ-75-16, Approved, <br />Res. 1386 <br />Commissioners Present: Butler, <br />Doherty, Carrigan, Shepherd and <br />Chairman Wood. <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag <br />was recited by all present. <br />The December 10,.1975 minutes of the <br />meeting were approved as submitted. <br />Secretary Harris wished to add an <br />item to be reviewed under 13 a. - <br />Request by Pleasanton Garbage Co. <br />for minor site plan and elevation <br />modifications. <br />Planning Commission - application <br />to rezone approximately 32 acres <br />located south of Angela Street, west <br />of Mirador Drive, north of Pico <br />Avenue and east of Whiting Street, <br />from the S (Study) and R-1-6500 <br />(Single Family Residential) District: <br />to the A (Agricultural) District. <br />The contents of the staff report was <br />explained by Secretary Harris. <br />The staff was complimented by the <br />Chairman for thorough job of pro- <br />perty owner notification on this <br />proposed rezoning. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />Bruno Buti, one of the property <br />owners of the land in question, was <br />at the hearing.
