The range would <br />accommodate two-three units per acre. <br />Staff does not feel this property <br />should be developed in five-acre <br />parcels, if the developer is obli- <br />gated for half the cost of improving <br />Pico Avenue. <br />A resolution was then entered and <br />adopted recommending to the City <br />Council the rezoning request as <br />petitioned. <br />Clarification of Intent of Condition <br />No. 3 of Planning Commission Reso- <br />lution No. 1351 approving UP-75-13. <br />As per staff report, Secretary Harri: <br />explained that this matter has come <br />up at the request of property owners <br />residing on Vervais Avenue. Essen- <br />tially, the condition stipulated no <br />vehicular access to the property at <br />4262 Stanley Boulevard from Vervais <br />Avenue. <br />-2- <br />
