CITY of PLEASANTON <br />Planning Commission <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />DG18 : March 10, 1976 <br />Time: 8:0o P.M. <br />PIaCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />RC1T,T, C'AT~T~ <br />APPROVAL OF <br />MINUTES <br />REZONING REQUEST <br />RZ-76-2, Denied, <br />Res. 1396 <br />Commissioners Present: Butler, <br />Carrigan, Shepherd and Chairman Wood. <br />Commissioners Absent: Doherty. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag <br />was recited. <br />The minutes of the February 11, 1976 <br />meeting were approved as submitted, <br />with Commissioner Butler abstaining <br />because of his absence from that <br />meeting. <br />Stoneson Development Company - appli- <br />cation to rezone approximately 22.7 <br />acres located south of Stoneridge <br />Drive and bounded by Stonedale Drive, <br />Gold Creek and Interstate Freeway <br />#680, from PUD (Planned Unit Develop- <br />ment) District to R-1-6500 (Single <br />Family Residential - 6,500 square <br />feet minimum site area per dwelling <br />unit) District. <br />Secretary Harris explained that this <br />application had been continued <br />pending attempts between the <br />developer, single family and town- <br />house residents to work out existing <br />problems. Some correction in the <br />staff report was needed - there is a <br />total of 64 townhouses, including <br />model homes, already constructed, <br />eight are under construction, with <br />23 more to be built, making a total <br />of 95 townhouses. Staff report <br />refers to 90 townhouses already <br />constructed. <br />Under Item 7b of the same agenda, <br />discussion will be heard for the <br />RV storage yard in Tract 3150, which <br />is related somewhat to this case, <br />Resolution'. <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain <br />X <br />X <br />
