MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton Council Chambers <br />30 West Angela Street <br />October 11, 1978 <br />8:00 P.M. <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />was called to order at 9:00 P.M. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Commissioners Present: Geppert, Wilson and Acting Chairman Doherty <br />Commissioners Absent: Getty and Chairman Jamieson <br />Staff Members Present: Robert Harris, Director of Planning and <br />Community Development; Shirley McDougall, <br />Recording Secretary <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of September 13, 1978 <br />were approved as submitted. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO AGENDA <br />There were none. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />RZ-78-7, City Council <br />Application to rezone three parcels of land in the Mission Park area: <br />a 4-acre lot on Junipero Street from the RM-15 to the RM-4 district; a <br />2-1/2 acre lot on the south side of Junipero at Sunol Boulevard from <br />the R-1-6500 to the P District; and a 1-2/10 acre lot at the southwest <br />corner of Sonoma Drive and San Carlos Way from the RM-15 to the RM-4 <br />District. Other appropriate zoning designations consistent with the <br />general plan may be considered. A negative declaration of environmental <br />impact was also considered. <br />Because of the absence of Commissioners Getty and Jamieson it was moved <br />this item be continued. <br />Z-78-97, Kismet Construction, Inc. <br />Application for design review renewal for a proposed 35-unit apartment <br />complex at the southwest corner of Sonoma Drive and San Carlos Way. <br />This item was heard in the Design Review meeting this same date. <br />RZ-77-19, City Council <br />Application to amend Section 2-7.08(a), Article 8, Chapter 2, Title II <br />of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton comprehensively revising <br />the schedule of permitted and conditionally allowed uses in commercially <br />zoned districts. ~~ <br />
