THE CITY OF 2 <br />- -- ' -~- "' CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br />~L£~S~4NTONa <br />February 6, 2007 <br />City Manager <br />TITLE: ANALYSIS OF COMMISSIONER ABSENCES FOR THE PERIOD <br />OF JULY 1 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2006 <br />SUMMARY <br />The Municipal Code establishes attendance requirements for City commissioners <br />at regularly held commission meetings. Under the ordinance, the City Manager <br />is required to request that all commissioners whose absences exceed those as <br />set forth in the Municipal Code provide a written response detailing the reasons <br />for their absences. This report is being submitted in accordance with the <br />required procedures. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the City Council review the attached information and <br />accept the information provided. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />There is no fiscal impact. <br />
