PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-3 <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT <br />PREPARED FOR THE CITY OF PLEASANTON AND STONERIDGE DRIVE <br />PROPERTY OWNERS SPECIFIC PLAN AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />SP-88-3 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton and Stoneridge Drive Property <br />Owners have applied to adopt the Stoneridge Drive <br />Specific Plan for a 293 acre site located south of <br />I-580, west of E1 Charro Road, north of Trenery Drive, <br />and east of the Gatewood apartments; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />provided proper public notice of completion of the Draft <br />Environmental Impact Report for the proposed ordinance; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has accepted and responded to <br />comments to the Draft Environmental Impact Report from <br />.public agencies having jurisdiction by law, persons <br />having special expertise with respect to any <br />environmental impact involved, and other persons or <br />organizations having an interest in the proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Final Environmental Impact Report has been prepared <br />and contains the Draft Environmental Impact Report, <br />comments and recommendations received on the Draft <br />Environmental Impact Report, and the responses of the <br />City of Pleasanton to significant environmental points <br />raised in the review and consultation process; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has provided proper public notice <br />of completion of the Final Environmental Impact Report <br />for the proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton met on <br />January 11, 1989 and held a public hearing upon the <br />completeness and adequacy of the Final Environmental <br />Impact Report in disclosing relevant environmental <br />issues involved in the event the proposed ordinance were <br />to be adopted. <br />
