Resolution No. PC-89-3 <br />Page 2 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Planning Commission finds, after having reviewed and <br />considered the material in the Environmental Impact <br />Report, that the Environmental Impact Report prepared is <br />complete, sufficient, and acceptable for the project <br />proposed. <br />Section 2. Planning Commission finds that the Environmental <br />Impact Report for the proposed ordinance has been <br />completed in compliance with the California <br />Environmental Quality Act, and state and city <br />guidelines. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective <br />immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED THE 11TH DAY OF JANUARY 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Hovingh, Mahern, and <br />Chairman Michelotti <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST <br />?yi <br />Brian W.
